A private house with 2 floors and a total area of ​​500 m2 for the customer.

The house is equipped with all modern types of security and smart home functions.

Our company carried out construction work on the house itself, as well as the site, barbecue area, and kitchen furniture. The house has heated floors, automatic gates and wickets, an autonomous emergency electrification system.

The house is built from high-quality materials in accordance with the technical standards for construction in the Czech Republic. The project was developed by our designer.
All primary documents were collected by our team of engineers and permission was obtained
for the construction of the house. After the completion of the construction work, we prepared the necessary revisions, documents for passing the state commission and obtaining a technical passport for the house with subsequent registration in the cadastral system.
