The property is located in the city of Staszow, 40 km from Prague.
On a plot of 1000 m2 with an emergency building, which was demolished by us, a 2-story house of 200 m2 with a garage of 30 m2 was built.
The house is equipped with heated floors, a fireplace, an alarm system, etc.
The construction began in 04.2020 and ended in 02.2022.
The house was built from high-quality materials in accordance with the technical standards for construction in the Czech Republic. The project was developed by our designer. All primary documents were collected by our team of engineers and a permit for the construction of the house was obtained. After the completion of construction work, we prepared the necessary revisions, documents for passing the state commission and obtaining a technical passport for the house with subsequent registration in the cadastral system.
