House 170 m2 in 2 floors, with underfloor heating, fireplace, garage of 27 m2, plot of 650 m2. on a slope.
The house is built from high-quality materials in accordance with the technical standards for construction in the Czech Republic. The project was developed by our designer. All primary documents were collected by our team of engineers and permission to build a house was obtained. After the completion of construction work, we prepared the necessary revisions, documents for passing the state commission and obtaining a technical passport for the house with subsequent registration in the cadastral system.
