Located in Beroun, 25 km from Prague. Total area of the plot is 720 m2. House area is 144 m2 + garage 27 m2. 2 floors, radiator heating.
The house is built from high-quality materials in accordance with the technical standards for construction in the Czech Republic. The project was developed by our designer. All primary documents were collected by our team of engineers and permission to build a house was obtained. After completion of construction work, we prepared the necessary revisions, documents for passing the state commission and obtaining a technical passport for the house with subsequent registration in the cadastral system.
