Private house in Staszow

The property is located in the city of Staszow, 40 km from Prague.

A two-storey house with an area of 200 m2 and a garage of 30 m2 was built on a 1000 m2 plot. An unsafe existing building on the site was demolished by our team before construction began.

Project duration: 23 months.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating, a fireplace, an alarm system, and other modern engineering solutions.

The house was built using high-quality materials in accordance with the technical construction standards of the Czech Republic.

The project was developed by our designer. All primary documentation was prepared by our team of engineers, and the building permit for the house was obtained.

After the completion of construction work, we prepared the necessary inspection reports and documents for the state approval process, obtaining the technical passport for the house and its subsequent registration in the cadastral system.
