Job Description
The property is located in the city of Mechonice, 62 km from Prague.
A private house with a total area of 520 m² on a 1157 m² plot, completed as a full reconstruction.
The two-story building included the restoration of damaged areas with partial redevelopment.
Project duration: 9 months
During the reconstruction, high-quality materials were used in accordance with construction standards in the Czech Republic.
The dismantling and reconstruction project was developed by our specialist. Our engineering team managed the entire preparation process — from collecting initial documentation to obtaining permission for the restoration.
After construction was completed, we prepared all necessary inspections and documentation for final approval, obtaining the technical certificate, and registering the property in the cadastral system.
