Private house for reconstruction.

Located in the city of Mechonice, 62 km from Prague. Total area of ​​the plot is 1157 m2. House area is 520 m2. 2 floors. Complete reconstruction of the building, restoration of emergency premises with partial redevelopment.

During the reconstruction of the building, high-quality materials were used in accordance with the technical standards for construction in the Czech Republic. The dismantling and reconstruction project was developed by our designer. All primary documents were collected by our team of engineers and permission for the restoration of the house was obtained. After the completion of construction work, we prepared the necessary revisions, documents for passing the state commission and obtaining a technical passport for the house with subsequent registration in the cadastral system.
